Mary is a new mother facing the grief of losing one of her twins during childbirth while caring for her surviving baby, Adam. As she tries to adjust to life after the loss, her fear grows into a terrifying suspicion: something sinister and supernatural has chosen her child, and it will do anything to take him from her.
