Sweet Country

Set on the Northern Territory frontier in 1929, this Australian western follows an aged Aboriginal farmhand and stockman who shoots a white station owner in self-defense. Forced to flee, he goes on the run as a posse gathers to hunt him down. The pursuit becomes a test of law, power and prejudice, with justice itself placed on trial.
