Tales from the Occult is an old-school horror anthology made up of three short films, each centered on the hidden terrors that linger beneath the surface of Hong Kong’s urban landscape. As the first entry in a new omnibus series, the film brings together separate stories that look past the city’s familiar streets and buildings to reveal the unsettling horrors concealed within everyday surroundings.
