The Balconettes

In a Marseille apartment during a punishing heat wave, three women pass the time from their balcony, watching and gleefully interfering in the lives of their neighbors as the neighborhood grows more restless. Their carefree routine takes a darker turn when a late-night drink pulls them into a terrifying, bloody affair, leaving them trapped and desperate for freedom.
