The Birdcatcher

In German-occupied Norway in 1942, Esther, a young Jewish girl from Trondheim, is separated from her family and finds refuge on an isolated farm. To survive Nazi persecution, she hides her identity by pretending to be a boy. As she plans a way to escape, the strain of maintaining her disguise forces her into difficult choices with serious consequences.
