A group of Los Angeles cops struggles to cope with the pressures of the job, but their way of blowing off steam only pulls them further out of line. Maladjusted and deeply unprofessional, they move between duty and after-hours excess, engaging in illegal, unethical, and reckless behavior that exposes the chaos behind their badges.
