The City of Your Final Destination

Omar Razaghi, a 28-year-old doctoral student at Kansas University, wins a grant to write an authorized biography of the late Latin American writer Jules Gund. To secure permission, he travels to a farm in Uruguay, where he must persuade the three trustees of Gund’s estate: the writer’s brother, his widow, and his younger mistress, who is also the mother of Gund’s daughter.
