Tod and Copper are still inseparable, a fox kit and a hound puppy whose friendship feels as natural as an itch and a scratch. During a visit to a country fair, Copper gets a chance to perform with The Singin’ Strays, a lively band of hound dog howlers made up of Dixie, Cash, Granny Rose, Waylon, and Floyd. With a talent scout watching, Copper’s big opportunity begins to test his bond with Tod.
