Tina, a young Mexican trans woman, lives in New York City with her grandmother, Eliana. As undocumented immigrants, they work to build a stable life while facing the pressures and uncertainty around them. The film follows their close relationship as Eliana supports Tina through her transition and both women navigate the challenges of making a home for themselves.
