The Host

After toxic waste is dumped into Seoul’s Han River, a giant mutated squid-like creature rises from the water and starts attacking people along the shore. When a teenage girl is seized and taken by the monster, her loving family refuses to give up on her. With little to rely on but their determination, they launch a frantic search to rescue her from its clutches.
