The Monkey House

A once successful novelist, struggling with a fading career, looks for an unconventional way back into the literary spotlight. He devises a highly inventive scam and recruits a reckless actress to help carry it out, training her to take on the somber identity of a literature master’s student. As the deception takes shape, both are drawn into a scheme that begins to change the course of their lives.
