The Offence

A burned-out British police detective is pushed to his breaking point while interrogating a man suspected of molesting a child. Already worn down by the strain of his work, he finally snaps under the pressure of the case, turning the questioning into a disturbing confrontation with the limits of his control and the damage left by his job.
