The Other Side of Hope

In Finland, a poker-playing restaurateur and former traveling salesman crosses paths with refugees who have only recently arrived in the country. Among them is a Syrian refugee, and an unlikely connection forms as the restaurateur offers friendship to people facing a new and uncertain life far from home.
