The Ox-Bow Incident

Based on Walter Van Tilburg Clark’s novel, this western follows a posse formed after the reported murder of a rancher and the theft of cattle. When the group finds three men they believe may be responsible, suspicion quickly hardens into a demand for revenge. As some push to lynch the suspects immediately and others argue they should be turned over to the law, the posse faces a tense moral divide.
