The Searchers

After returning from the American Civil War, a veteran is drawn into a relentless search when Comanches raid his brother’s Texas farm, massacre the family and carry off his young niece. Over the years that follow, his mission to rescue her becomes an obsession, and the purpose driving him grows increasingly uncertain as his search stretches far beyond a simple rescue.
