The Seven-Ups

Tough New York City detective Buddy leads an elite unit dedicated to taking down felons and putting them behind bars for at least seven years. When his partner is killed, Buddy sets out to find the person responsible. His investigation soon points beyond a single murder, drawing him into a scheme involving the kidnapping of mobsters for money.
