The Thin Man

Former detective Nick Charles has left professional sleuthing behind, but a new case pulls him back into action when an inventor goes missing and a murder investigation follows. Joined by his wealthy wife, Nora, Nick takes on the search less out of duty than curiosity and amusement. As the husband-and-wife pair look into the mystery, their playful interest turns dangerous, and their efforts nearly get them killed.
