Thirteen years after a disastrous prom night ruined his chance with Mary, Ted still thinks of her as the dream girl who got away. When he finally has an opportunity to reconnect with his old high school date, he hires a detective to track her down. But getting back into Mary’s life is not simple, especially when Ted finds himself competing with other suitors, including the sleazy investigator he brought in to help.
