After fleeing Earth in the late 1980s, an alien comes back to the place he once called home. He is searching for the best friend he left behind, hoping to reconnect with a part of his childhood that still matters to him. But the closer he gets to finding her, the more his mysterious past begins to catch up, threatening the fragile return he has tried to make.
