'Tis the Season to Be Irish

A real-estate investor travels to Ireland before Christmas to renovate and sell a cottage she has purchased, only to discover the property needs far more work than expected. As she tries to keep her house-flipping plans on track, the local Irishman who sold her the cottage agrees to help find a buyer, while his commitment to preserving the town’s heritage begins to change the way she sees the place.
