Torch Singer

Abandoned and unable to support her illegitimate child, a young woman makes the painful decision to place the girl up for adoption. Trying to survive and rebuild her life, she turns to singing and begins a career as a torch singer. As the years pass, success cannot erase what she left behind, and she is drawn into a search for the child she gave up.
