Touch of Evil

In a Texas border town, a bombing pulls Mexican investigator Miguel Vargas into a tense police inquiry while he is trying to bring down a crime family involved in drug trafficking. As Vargas and his American wife become targets, he must work with local captain Hank Quinlan, a crooked detective whose methods raise troubling questions about power, justice, and the truth.
