Vivarium

A young woman and her fiance set out to find the perfect starter home, but their search takes a strange turn when a mysterious real estate agent leads them to a new housing development. Surrounded by rows of identical houses, they soon discover they cannot leave the labyrinth-like neighborhood and are drawn into a disturbing situation involving an otherworldly child.
