In a downtown Madrid apartment building, a routine neighbors’ meeting is called to vote on replacing the elevator. What begins as an ordinary discussion quickly turns tense when the residents learn that a new tenant with mental-health issues is set to rent one of the apartments, pushing the meeting into an open conflict among the community.
