In the 23rd century, a remote lighthouse in space guides passing ships through the darkness. In Season 2, Beacon 23 has become less a place of refuge than a prison, with Aleph onboard and the mysterious Artifact raising more questions than it answers. With no clear path forward, the people trapped there must depend on one another, even as their competing agendas threaten to pull them apart.
