This series traces the story of Venezuelan revolutionary Ilich Ramirez Sanchez, known as Carlos, who becomes one of the most wanted terrorists in the world for nearly twenty years. As he builds a worldwide terrorist organization, his actions draw international attention, including the raid on the 1975 OPEC meeting.
