Ellen Morgan is a neurotic bookstore owner in Los Angeles who approaches everyday life with comedy, nervous energy, and plenty of rambling. At Buy the Book, the shop where she works, Ellen spends her days dealing with work, family, romance, and the small complications that come with each. Alongside her friends, she talks through lovers, jobs, and personal worries in a sitcom built around her anxious, funny take on daily life.
