A 10-year-old boy, worn down by the torture and humiliation of his babysitter, is placed under the care of two fairy godparents with the power to grant almost any wish. Their magic seems like the perfect escape, but each wish quickly spirals into zany, fast-paced trouble as the well-meaning pair inadvertently creates havoc for their pint-sized charge.
