Uptight, eager-to-impress dad Neil Hackett buys a lodge in the Lake District, hoping it will bring a better kind of family life. But his plans quickly go wrong when he finds himself living next door to the Dillons, a family who seem more successful, more relaxed and effortlessly superior in every way. As Neil tries to settle in, the new getaway becomes a source of constant comparison and frustration.
