When a female GP is murdered in a rural playground in front of numerous witnesses, a team of detectives is pulled into a disturbing case that quickly grows more complex. As the investigation deepens, the mystery leads them beyond their local community and across Europe, with cryptic help arriving in the form of notes from an unknown figure calling themselves the Ghost Detective.
