In his twenties, Josh faces a series of changes as he tries to find his way through early adulthood. After his girlfriend breaks up with him, he realizes he is gay, reshaping his relationships and his sense of himself. With support from his ex-girlfriend Claire and his best friend and housemate Tom, Josh also helps his mother as she deals with depression while his family adjusts to his new life.
