Show Me a Hero - Season 1

In 1987, Nick Wasicsko takes office as mayor of Yonkers as the city faces one of its deepest crises. Federal courts have ordered public housing to be built on the white, middle-class side of town, setting off a fierce political and social battle. As fear, racism, murder and power struggles divide the community, Wasicsko is forced to confront a conflict that tests the city and his new administration.
