Nikki and Jason long to have a baby, but when they cannot conceive, they decide to pursue adoption. As they try to prove they are ready to become parents, their messy everyday lives, dysfunctional friends and screwball families complicate the path ahead. Now they must face the adoption panel and hope their version of family is enough.
